Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Blackserver Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Blackserver", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with registration number U72900XX2024PTC000000, whose registered address is 4th Floor, Cyber Hub, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. By creating an account or using our services you accept these Terms.
2. Services
Blackserver provides shared cPanel hosting, VPS servers, domain registration and related infrastructure services. Available features, resources and limits are described on the relevant product pages and in your order confirmation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send spam, host malware, phishing sites, illegal content, or attempt to disrupt other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy without notice.
4. Billing and renewals
Services are billed in advance for the term you select. Renewals happen automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failed payments may result in suspension and eventual termination of the service.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Domain registration fees and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
6. Uptime and SLA
Uptime commitments and service credits are defined in our Service Level Agreement.
7. Data and backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We provide backups as a courtesy but do not guarantee their availability or completeness for restore purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackserver's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate for material breach of these Terms with notice and a reasonable cure period where practical.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
