Privacy Policy

Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by Blackserver Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered in India (registration number U72900XX2024PTC000000), operating the Blackserver brand from 4th Floor, Cyber Hub, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through our services.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company, phone), billing data (address, tax ID, payment metadata — we never store full card numbers), service data (domains, cPanel usernames, server assignments), and support data (tickets, chat transcripts). We collect server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To provide, bill and support the services you buy; to detect abuse and secure our infrastructure; to send transactional messages (invoices, incident notices, password resets); and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Subprocessors
We share limited data with vetted subprocessors that help us deliver the service — payment processors, email/SMS delivery, cloud infrastructure, monitoring and support tooling. Each subprocessor is bound by a data-processing agreement.
Retention
Account and billing records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years in India). Support tickets are retained for 3 years. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@blackserver.in. If you're in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and cart state, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms. Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed.
